Position: Business Application Management (BAM)
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital transformation, business intelligence, and operational excellence.
Main Objectives:
- Lead SSF's digital transformation by identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
- Analyze business data to identify improvement areas, eliminate bottlenecks, and anticipate trends.
- Develop and implement a business technology strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team in product development, process optimization, and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to improve global commercial and operational processes.
- Ensure the company's IT landscape is fit for current and future business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in BI, IT, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in team management and digital project leadership.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital product roles.
- Strong knowledge of database management, process design, business analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to implement robust product management frameworks and lead organizational change.
- Excellent communication skills to convey digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
