About the role:
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
Help customers find the right products and services, proactively assisting both online and offline
Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: "Think like a customer"
Requirements:
Native or near-native English-speaking (spoken and written)
- Working permit for in Spain or EU Passport
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles
A super friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people
Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem-solving skills
Currently based in Valencia or willing to relocate
Salary: €1700 - €1850,- gross/month
