We now have the opportunity for a IT Operations Coordinator to join our Technology Department. We are looking for a highly driven, talented and experienced developer.

The IT Operations team monitors and supports critical systems to ensure stability and minimize downtime. They handle alerts and incidents promptly, resolving issues whenever possible or escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders, to restore services quickly and effectively. The team is essential for maintaining operational continuity and driving process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate shifts and tasks for technicians.

• Oversee alerts and incident management, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Act as an escalation point in critical situations.

• Maintain updated documentation (runbooks, procedures).

• Conduct training sessions for the team.

• Collaborate with other IT teams (Service Desk, Problem, Change).

• Support post-incident analysis and continuous process improvement.

• Be available for on-site work in rotating shifts and on-call duties.

Candidate Profile

You are a key Coordinator ensuring rapid response and smooth resolution of critical IT incidents across a 24x7 environment. You are the leader who brings clarity and direction during high-pressure IT incidents, guiding teams toward swift resolution.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations and incident coordination.

• Experience leading teams in 24x7 environments.

• Knowledge and ITIL certification.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Highly Valued Qualifications

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Opsgenie, Helix.

• Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate teams in high-pressure, 24x7 environments. Coaches and develops technicians, fostering growth and technical excellence.

• Calm under pressure: Maintains composure and clarity during critical incidents and escalations.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicates effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution.
