The Role
We're seeking a Client Solutions Architect (CSA) to strengthen our technical sales efforts and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships.

This role bridges the technical and commercial worlds, making it ideal for someone who understands and recognizes the value of advancing digital water solutions. You will play a key role in executing Xylem Vue's digital growth strategy by supporting the comercial teams, ensuring growth and business development of the Xylem Vue platform. The CSA will be part of Client Solutions (CS) Team and report directly to the Director, Client Solutions Europe and Growth Markets (EU-GM). The CSA will work very closely both with Comercial Leads and CS Teams based in EU-GM. The role is based in Europe and involves close collaboration across EU-GM.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Teams to provide training and act as a support function, helping to leverage Xylem Vue offerings across EU-GM markets.
  • Assist both the Comercial and Marketing Teams in conferences, webinars, and workshops to share knowledge and promote the Xylem Vue platform.
  • Assist the Documentation Team to improve and maintain existing support materialsfor Xylem Vue platform.
  • Attend client meetings to provide technical and strategic input on digital solutions.
  • Conduct tailored products and solution demos to address client needs.
  • Lead the development of technical proposals, ensuring the best solution fit against client requirements for both private and public tenders
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation to support and assist Commercial Leads in closing proposals and bids, including partner-led solution proposals.Sales & Technical Enablement
  • Calculate solution costs and contribute to pricing strategies.
  • Support in preparing business cases for Sales Teams both in Europe and Growth Markets.
  • Act as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams.
  • Deliver compelling proposals software demonstrations to clients.

Business Growth Enablement

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing Sales Leads and Clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Client solutions and Sales) to align strategies across brands and offerings.
  • Work alongside with Sales Team to dentify and secure new business opportunities aligned with Xylem's digital strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, Documentation, Bid Offfice and Engineering teams to ensure proposals and comercial leads success.
  • Act as a connector between business development and technical execution.
  • Recommend and implement innovative approaches to maximize Xylem Vue's impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital services, water infrastructure, consultancy and client engagement.
  • Knowledge about digital solutions is a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics.
  • Track record in managing proposals, tenders and strategic relationships.
  • Comfortable delivering demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in multi-nacional teams and environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin, Hydraulic Modelling, SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS or other water-related digital platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagement and industry events.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual preferred).
