This role is focused on applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to real telecom network data, working on advanced use cases related to network optimization, performance monitoring and service quality. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Telecommunications, Data and Software Experience, contributing to the full lifecycle of ML solutions, from use case definition and prototyping to production deployment, for major wireless operators in Spain and Europe. Therefore, a solid understand of real radio (3G/4G/5G) telecom network data, KPIs and traffic behavior is essential for success in this role. RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering5+ years of professional experience applying Machine Learning in technical environments.Strong background in telecommunications networks, KPIs and traffic analysis.Proven experience working with telecom network data.Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques, including Reinforcement Learning and Neural NetworksProfessional experience with Python and libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).Only candidates with legal authorization to work in Spain will be considered.
