En WayOps buscamos un perfil Data Scientist que quiera continuar su carrera profesional formando parte de un equipo Data & AI de primer nivel y trabajando en proyectos cloud con las últimas tecnologías.
CONTEXTO & RESPONSABILIDADES La persona seleccionada se incorporará dentro de nuestro equipo Data & AI core, participando en múltiples proyectos de Analítica Avanzada para clientes nacionales e internacionales. Junto al Technical Lead y otros perfiles como Data Architects, Data Engineers o Data Visualizers, el Data Scientist deberá desarrollar modelos científicos utilizando frameworks de referencia en Machine Learning o Deep Learning, así como trabajar con servicios cognitivos y modelos de lenguaje Large Language Models (LLMs). Además, participará en la industrialización del código científico y cumplimiento de priencipios éticos en la creación de IA.EXPERIENCIA & CONOCIMIENTOS El perfil a incorporar deberá contar con 3-4 años de experiencia como Científico de Datos construyendo modelos científicos con frameworks de ML & DL en Python, 1-2 años de experiencia en entornos Cloud preferiblemente Azure y 1-2 años de experiencia en entornos productivos y capacidades de storytelling. Además, se valorarán conocimientos en LLMs y experiencia previa en industrialización de código científico. Será necesario tener experiencia previa con tecnologías:
- Machine Learning (sklearn, mllib, h2o, tensorflow, keras, pytorch)
- Desarrollo Python (Click, Poetry, Pipx, Black)
- Servicios Cognitivos (Azure Cognitive services, Azure AI Services)
- Analytics (SQL, PowerBI)
- Azure DevOps (Boards)
- Herramientas (Jupyter, Visual Studio Code, Git)
- Responsible AI (AML RAI SDK, Fairlearn, InterpretML, DiCE, EconML)
- Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Storage, SQL Databases)
- Azure Machine Learning (Experiment Tracking, Model Registry, AML Studio, AML SDK v2, MLflow)
- LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG, Vector Embeddings, OpenAI)
- Property Graphs (Neo4j+Cypher, Tinkerpop+Gremlin, CosmosDB, Stardog)
CONTRATACIÓN & UBICACIÓN La contratación será mediante contrato anual prorrogable como autónomo en jornada completa. El trabajo se desarrollará en remoto preferentemente dentro del horario de oficina del cliente para facilitar la coordinación con el resto del equipo. Banda salarial negociable en función de la experiencia aportada. Incorporación inmediata.
