About the Role:

French speaking 360* TALENT AGENT / RECRUITER **Barcelona based (Experience: Mid-Senior)

As a 360* Talent Agent at TieTalent, you'll be part of our Operations (OPS) Department, where you'll manage the entire recruitment cycle, from developing new business opportunities to sourcing and placing top tech talent.

This role combines both
client acquisition
and
recruitment responsibilities
, meaning you'll actively grow TieTalent's client base while managing the end-to-end hiring process for roles in
IT, Digital Marketing, and Sales
across the Swiss market.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new clients through outbound outreach and inbound lead conversion.
  • Open new hiring mandates by understanding client needs and presenting TieTalent's recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on hiring trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices.

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Source, attract, and assess top tech and digital talent using TieTalent's platform and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and motivation.
  • Match and present qualified candidates directly to clients based on hiring needs.
  • Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring journey, from first contact to offer and post-hiring follow up.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates at every stage of the process.

Account Management & Client Relations:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with other Talent Agents to maintain a consistent flow of mandates.
  • Take ownership of both the client and candidate sides of the process, acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.

Your Profile:

2-4 years of previous experience in Recruitment (external recruitment)
(must)

Fluent in English (C1+) and French (C2 level, written and spoken).

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with a strong academic track record
(must)

You thrive on communication and love picking up the phone
(must)

Strong knowledge of the Swiss market (e.g. previous work with Swiss clients, projects, or studies related to Switzerland).
