We are looking for a Communications Technician to work on a stable project with a permanent contract, for a client in Seville.

It is a hybrid position: one week 3 days remote work and the following 2 days in the office.

Functions

• Manage and maintain container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes, ensuring their stability, availability, and scalability.
• Design, deploy and monitor OpenShift clusters, managing projects, namespaces, pipelines and network resources.
• Manage continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) environments with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI and Spring Boot, optimizing software deployment and delivery processes.
• Supervise and maintain monitoring and observability platforms such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana, ensuring traceability and visibility of system performance.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS or Azure), managing resources, permissions, storage, and virtual networks to support containerized applications.
• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform, standardizing configurations and improving operational efficiency.
• Configure and operate monitoring systems such as Nagios and Zabbix, setting thresholds, alerts, and availability reports.
• Perform troubleshooting and performance analysis tasks, identifying and resolving incidents in the infrastructure, containers, or underlying systems.
• Collaborate with development, systems and security teams, ensuring compliance with quality, performance and safety standards in production environments.
• Document technical procedures, architectures and configurations, ensuring traceability and operational continuity of the platform.

Requirements

Advanced Vocational Training (Information Technology and Communications field) or Higher Degree: Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. (

• MECES1 EQF5)
• Experience of at least 3 years in the ICT sector, of which at least 1 year performing functions of administration and operation of systems.
• ITIL technical certification: at least ITIL Foundation.
• High level of English
• Administration of Docker, Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift platforms
• Administration of continuous integration platforms based on Spring Boot, Jenkins, GitLab
• Administration of ELK and Grafana platforms
• Cloud environment management (AWS or Azure)
• Design and implementation of Ansible and Terraform automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms Nagios, Zabbix
• Troubleshooting, performance analysis and error detection of infrastructure and managed systems
