Minebea Intec France is looking for a Field Service Technician to work 40 hours a week (full-time) as soon as possible at its Madrid branch.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN In SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Minebea Intec is a leading manufacturer of industrial weighing and inspection technologies. Our product portfolio includes high-resolution platform scales, load cells, container and silo scales, checkweighers, metal detectors, X-ray inspection systems and intuitive software solutions. **What**is**the**overall**purpose**and**objective**of**this**position?
- Commissioning, support and service our software products
- Inspecting, Check and troubleshooting systems
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment
- Commissioning of new devices
- Calibration and certificate devices
- Provide support online
- Make service quotations
- Order spare parts and control his own stock
- Plan Service activities

**Service**Technician**Qualifications**and**Skills:

- Basic Software Development Skills
- Knowledge of networks and infrastructures
- SQL skills
- Telecommunications & Electronic Skills
- Work with customers and has excellent customer service skills
- Collaborates with managers and service technicians and has strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates time management, problem-solving and organization skills
- Availability to do Home office
- Working area: Spain & Portugal
- Availability to travel abroad when required

**Education**and**Experience**Requirements:

- College degree or university degree in telecommunications is required
- Experience as a field technician
- A driver’s license
- Ability to multitask and deal with professionals in different fields
- Ability to explain problems in a simply way
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- English language proficiency required
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Customer oriented skills
- Availability to travel abroad
