The Main Event: What You'll Drive, Build, and Own
At Huspy, we're looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Ops professional to join our team. This is a key role supporting the Product team to drive impactful initiatives that support our rapid growth and ensure our customers have the best possible experience.Collaborate with Product Teams to define and execute on a high-impact roadmap aligned with company goals.

Build and optimize scalable processes that support Huspy's hyper-growth and operational efficiency.

Identify key product, operational, and growth opportunities to drive innovation and improvement.

Search for new features and improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless product journeys.

Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
  • The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
