About the Role
SSSTUFFF is looking for a
Creative Director
to lead the brand's visual direction, storytelling, and content ideas.
This role focuses on
concepts, scripts, shot ideas, creative direction, and visual identity
, while guiding the Operator team to execute the work.
You will not be responsible for editing or filming yourself — your core job is to
think, design, direct, and define the look and feel
of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the visual direction, tone, and creative language of the brand
- Develop concepts, scripts, and shot lists for TikTok, Instagram, campaigns, and editorials
- Provide clear creative guidance and feedback to the Operator/content team
- Build moodboards, references, storyboards, and creative proposals
- Shape the narrative and aesthetic for weekly and monthly content calendars
- Direct shoots by giving precise instructions on framing, rhythm, pacing, and style
- Collaborate with Social, Design, Product, and Retail teams to maintain visual consistency
- Review and approve final content to ensure high creative standards
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in creative direction, visual content, or related fields
- Strong sense of composition, camera language, rhythm, and storytelling
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends and best practices
- Ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, actionable direction
- Strong communication and team-leading skills
- Experience in fashion, culture, art direction, or content-driven brands is a big plus
- No need to be a video editor — but must know how good content should look
