We're seeking a highly motivated creative leader with a deep passion for video games to define and drive the visual vision of our AAA projects. As Art Director, you will inspire and mentor our talented art team, shaping unforgettable worlds.

Under the guidance of the Studio Manager, you will

  • Mentor, direct, and supervise a dedicated art team in creating AAA 3D games.
  • Challenge innovation and set artistic standards through the visual identity you establish for each project.
  • Define and oversee artistic guidelines across all aspects of production characters, vehicles, environments, props, cinematics, special effects, and post-processing.
  • Empower Team Leads and their teams to achieve best-in-class quality.
  • Partner with Creative and Technical Leads to merge visuals, technology, and gameplay into a cohesive AAA experience.

  • Collaborate with marketing and licensing teams to design and deliver promotional materials, trailers, and campaigns.

  • Proven leadership experience as an Art Team Lead, Manager, or Director in the video game industry.

  • At least one published AAA title showcasing your work.
  • Solid background in 3D pipelines for video games.
  • Hands-on expertise in a major 3D art field (environment, character, or vehicle modeling).
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max (or Maya) and ZBrush.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Autonomous, versatile, and able to lead by example.
