We are looking for an engaged and passionate Software Engineer to join our growing Engineering Team and be part of our Workspace team.
You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Aircall's flagship products: Aircall Workspace and Aircall Dashboard. As the primary interface used by our customers, those are 100% frontend products where performance and user experience are paramount.
Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes. You will help us maintain these high standards by writing robust, maintainable code and participating in our continuous improvement efforts. Using React and TypeScript, we build added value and resilient services, fully integrated with our customers' business-critical tools. You will work on enabling other feature teams to ship value autonomously while keeping the core platform robust.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real world problems and implement them end to end
• Work with your team to design solutions and be accountable for their execution
• Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, demonstrate good judgment in their potential applications

Our Tech Stack:

• You do not need to be familiar with all of our technical stack or any specific functional area, but you have a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly:
• Built on React 19 and TypeScript, compiled with Vite for lightning-fast builds
• Powered by the TanStack ecosystem (Router, Query) for robust routing and server state
• Connected to GraphQL APIs (Apollo Client) and real-time streams (Pusher/WebSockets)
• Organized in a Turborepo monorepo with ~40 shared packages for maximum code reuse, fast CI/CD, modern developer experienceTested with Vitest and React Testing Library for confidence in every deployment

Qualifications:

• You have proven experience in frontend development.
• You are proficient in JavaScript and React; experience with TypeScript and Websockets is highly valued.
• You have a strong sensibility for UI and UX and understand what makes a web application feel responsive and polished.
• You are business-centric and able to understand the "why" behind the features you build.
• You prefer simple solutions over complex ones, while keeping long-term maintenance in mind.
• You are autonomous and capable of delivering features on time and in scope.
• You have a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-first environment.
