About the role
The Guest Relations trainee will be assisting the Guest Relations Team in the daily operations, organizing VIP stays and following up on their needs and requests. You will be offering concierge services, greeting guests, coordinating welcome cards and amenities, maintaining VIP profiles updated, doing guest roomings, show the hotel's facilities and many more duties to exceed guest expectations. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs by becoming an expert in the hotel and Ibiza's surroundings.
Program length: 4-6 months Start date: April – May 2026

• Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month +TIPS
What you need to have
• Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management studies, (Diploma, University
studies or Master)
• English Fluency (B2+ or above)
• Spanish Fluency (B2+ or above)
• User level of Microsoft Office.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest services.
• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills
• Previous hospitality experience is a big plus
• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza
