At Brandty, we are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector to find an experienced
IT Manager
. This role is key to supporting the company's expansion by leading IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies across all sites and projects.

The role:
as IT Manager, you will take full ownership of the IT function, ensuring the security, continuity, and efficiency of all technological systems. You'll work closely with internal departments and external technology partners, overseeing infrastructure, software administration, compliance, and technical support. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll supervise the IT Technician and contribute to strategic decisions regarding the company's digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Security Management

• Oversee PCs, servers, routers, firewalls, Active Directory, and virtual machines (Hyper-V).
• Manage Microsoft 365 Tenant (email server, SharePoint, Intune).
• Conduct weekly cybersecurity audits and monitor security events (EDR, SIEM).
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup systems.

Software & Telecom Management

• Administer software tools such as DocuWare, AutoCAD, ERP (A3ERP, Tree), and ESET antivirus.
• Maintain and optimize VoIP systems, mobile networks, and website hosting.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Draft and update the Security Master Plan for all offices and solar plants.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies across all company locations.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and cybersecurity training for employees.

Technical Support & Incident Management

• Provide technical support to internal users and manage IT incident resolution.
• Oversee IT ticketing system and response time tracking.

IT Communications for EPC & O&M

• Engineering Phase: design network and communication systems for new projects.
• Procurement Phase: support the selection of providers for CCTV, SCADA, fiber optics, and control room equipment.
• Construction Phase: ensure IT infrastructure is installed and configured properly.
• O&M Phase: perform semi-annual maintenance on IT networks and security policies.

KPIs You'll Own

• 99.9% system uptime and continuity.
• Resolution of 90% of IT tickets within 24 hours.
• 100% successful backup and recovery tests.
• Zero major cybersecurity incidents.
• IT readiness and compliance across all projects.

Requisitos

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Specialization in Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and software administration.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 Tenant Management, networking, and data security.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Technical Skills:
• IT Infrastructure & Security: Active Directory, Hyper-V, Firewall Management (Fortigate), SIEM monitoring.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Data recovery procedures and business continuity planning.
• Software Administration: Microsoft 365, DocuWare, AutoCAD, ESET, ERP Systems (A3ERP, Tree).
• Telecom & Communications: Management of VoIP systems, fiber optics, VPNs, and network architecture.
• Cybersecurity Compliance: Security audits, incident response, and policy implementation.
• Languages: fluent in Spanish and English.
