WHO WE LOOK FOR
As a Media Lead at Shopfully, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with media agencies and key advertising partners, specifically within the
Spanish market
.
You will work strategically to promote our digital advertising solutions, ensuring that brands and retailers maximize their drive-to-store strategies.
Your role will require a blend of strategic leadership, business development, and account management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create and develop commercial agreements with media agencies.
- Manage commercial relationships with active and potential clients, acquiring new customers and ensuring the development of the existing portfolio towards new projects.
- Achieve the annual commercial targets.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Consolidated experience in sales, business development, or account management within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence others in a business setting.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (knowledge of Portuguese will be considered a plus).

Our office is in
Barcelona
(Plaça de Pau Vila, 1) but you can also take advantage of our flexible hybrid/remote mode.
