Description
The Sales Force Effectiveness Excellence Specialist plays a critical role in designing and implementing processes that drive regional sales execution for Align Technology across EMEA. This position is responsible for developing a multi-regional process framework that supports effective sales planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Role expectations
- Drive process consistency in EMEA process design and implementation.
- Act as liaison between global, regional, and local teams to develop concepts and coordinate process knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure alignment and impact of SFE processes.
- Drive process automation and task optimization through AI and advanced digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable adjustments.
- Collaborate with IT teams by writing clear and detailed sprint stories to support system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
- Provide technical documentation and second-level sales support for commercial processes.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze complex process data to inform decision-making.
- Deliver accurate and timely commercial reports, dashboards, and proactive business insights to support EMEA business processes.
- Support pricing and promotion cycles, ensuring accurate integration across systems and processes.
- Lead and support ad hoc Commercial Excellence projects, including rollout of new strategic initiatives.
Required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Process Management within a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) and/or Scrum (Product Owner / Scrum Master)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system and Miro / Jira
- Knowledge of AI-driven process automation and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and multi-country operations.

- Change Management – Skilled in guiding teams through process changes and adoption.
- Advanced Excel & BI Tools – Expertise in pivot tables, Power BI, Tableau, Python or similar.
- Process Mapping & Documentation – Ability to create clear workflows and SOPs.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Agile Mindset – Comfortable working in iterative cycles and adapting quickly.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Digital Transformation Awareness – Understanding trends in automation, AI, and analytics.
