Position overview
As a Content & social media, you will be part of the Marketing team working directly with the CRM&Marketing Automation Manager and the Comms& Marketing Manager to design and implement a strategic content plan and social media content in B2B and B2C segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the definition of the go to market strategy of our new brand in the market designing a powerful marketing and comms set of initiatives to support business growth.
- Design, develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligns with the company need&interest. Create and manage engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, newsletters, PR, email, social media ensuring consistency of voice across messages and channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.
- Translates value proposition into effective communications strategies and storytelling that resonate with target audience(s).
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, based on market trends and competitor analysis, to boost brand image and drive business growth. Leverage with PR Agency to create a full cycle of communication, from concept to execution, through events.
- Collaborate in social media strategy to create and execute content to enhance company's goals, (followers, customer engagement, lead generation and community building)
- Conduct regular audits of competitors' social media activities and strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement
- Social Listening: monitoring of mentions about our brand in the digital environment that allows us to conduct thorough tracking, measurement, and control of all conversations, opinions, or information that users are sharing and seeking on digital platforms (social media, digital press, review platforms, search engine presence…)
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Journalism, Communication, Marketing or Advertising.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar functions (Content Strategy and Social Media management)
- Basic English level
- Strategic thinker, fast learner, highly motivated, not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing tracking tools, social media tools, and basic Google suite
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills both in English and Spanish for different audiences: customer care, press announcements with PR agency collaboration, website, social media channels.
- Knowledge of the energy sector will be valued, but not a limit.
- Strong organizational and relational skills
- Autonomy, flexibility, and empathy.
