VatServices,
the employing company, is part of the DKV Mobility Group and specializes in
providing comprehensive financial and advisory services to companies engaged in
international road transport across Europe. Our expertise includes toll
management, tax recovery. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are
ready to contribute to our mission of excellence and customer
satisfaction. The following exciting tasks are waiting for you: 

• You are a competent contact and consultant for our customers and sales partners
• You take care of all telephone and written correspondence with customers
• You promote the active expansion of the turnover of the entire DKV service and product portfolio
• You convince our customers and sales partners with your high service orientation
• You carry out the risk and credit check
• You examine and deal with incoming complaints in a solution-oriented manner
• Your field of activity also includes data entry and maintenance of new customers in our CRM system

• Experience in customer service
  
  » Very good knowledge in dealing with MS Office products
• High service orientation
  
  » Ideally experience with SAP R3 applications
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment
• Language skills: Spanish (native) and English (good)
