- Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist employees with system operations, troubleshooting, and peripheral devices.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system.
- Use knowledge databases to provide quick and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external service providers.
- Fluent Finnish speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively within the team.
- Experience in IT support 1st or 2nd level support in a corporate environment.
- Strong technical knowledge including Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems ideally ServiceNow.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset to handle technical challenges effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and grow with motivation to develop technical and soft skills.
