Job Title: Power Platform Developer (4-8 Years Experience)

Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation by designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to streamline business processes, enhance data visualization, and automate workflows, thereby significantly impacting operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.

  • Create and manage automated workflows with Power Automate to optimize business processes and improve productivity.

  • Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance platform integrations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in solution development and deployment.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell scripting.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, business process automation, and application lifecycle management.

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
