Are you passionate about building smart, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform? One of our clients are looking for "
ServiceNow Consultants
" with a focus on IRM and HRSD.

This is for a global technology team and work on impactful, enterprise-level projects with top-tier clients in
Malaga, Spain.
The team collaborates across regions to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end solutions on the Now Platform. You'll work with a wide range of ServiceNow modules, from out-of-the-box capabilities to cutting-edge custom development.

What You'll Do

As a
ServiceNow Developer
, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of complex business processes on the Now Platform
• Analyze requirements throughout the full development lifecycle
• Contribute to solution architecture and guide technical decision-making
• Potentially mentor or lead small consultant teams during project delivery
• Work on platform implementation, configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're confident working across implementation, customization, and maintenance projects, backed by:

• Strong understanding of the Now Platform architecture
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, or maintenance
• Solid track record contributing to project delivery as a developer
• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Advanced ServiceNow certification (e.g., CAD, CIS)
• Experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.)
• Solid experience of ITSM, IRM/GRC and HRSD
• Understanding of Software Development Best Practices
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills (B2–C1)
