Urban Hive Madrid abrirá sus puertas en marzo de 2026.

Ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, a pocos pasos del Palacio Real, la Plaza de España y el Teatro Real, el hotel contará con 144 habitaciones, 4 salas de reuniones, sala de fitness, restaurante, lobby bar y una espectacular rooftop con piscina y skybar, con vistas inmejorables sobre Madrid.

Será el segundo hotel de la marca, tras Urban Hive Milano, y ocupará un edificio histórico cuidadosamente transformado. El proyecto da vida a un nuevo concepto de hospitalidad que pone en el centro tanto la experiencia del huésped como el bienestar de sus equipos.

Conservando su fachada original e integrando pasado y contemporaneidad, Urban Hive Madrid se presenta como un espacio moderno, vibrante y abierto a la ciudad, pensado para vivir, trabajar y conectar de una manera completamente nueva

En este contexto, buscamos una persona apasionada de la hospitalidad, con fuerte sensibilidad por la experiencia del huésped y dominio de la operación diaria para incorporarse desde la fase de preapertura como Front Office Supervisor.

Tu misión:

Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de Front Office y Reservas, asumiendo las funciones del Front Office Manager cuando sea necesario y colaborando activamente en la gestión del departamento, garantizando un servicio fluido, personalizado y alineado con el ADN lifestyle de Urban Hive.

Tu perfil :

  • Formación en Turismo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Front Office en hoteles, preferiblemente lifestyle, urbanos o boutique.
  • Español e inglés imprescindibles (nivel alto). Otros idiomas valorables.
  • Experiencia sólida en Opera Cloud y gestión de reservas.
