trabajamos con una empresa alemana líder en sector retail IT a nivel mundial que busca un perfil de
SAP Service Manager
para su equipo global.

Buscamos un perfil Senior, que ejecute estrategia, revisión, guía y seguimiento de los múltiples proyectos que tiene la compañia, gestionando al rpoveedor que se encarga de la ejecucion técnica.

Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

  • Conocimientos profundos en
    Administración SAP Basis
    (RISE, SAP R/3 y SAP S4/HANA) y en autorizaciones SAP;
  • Experiencia en
    gestión de entrega de servicios
    para gestionar suproveedor de servicios gestionados (MSP).
  • Familiaridad con plataformas cloud como
    GCP
    ,
    SAP BTP
    e infraestructuras híbridas.
  • Experiencia colaborando con proveedores de servicios o trabajando en entornos SAP gestionados.
  • Habilidad para coordinar con socios externos y garantizar la calidad en la ejecución del servicio.
  • Excelentes nivel de ingles pues el equipo es global

Tus tareas

Experiencia en SAP Basis y Autorizaciones

  • Proporcionar orientación experta en SAP Basis al MSP en diversos entornos SAP.
  • Revisar, evaluar y validar solicitudes de cambio técnico.
  • Evaluar planes de cambio y garantizar la alineación con los requisitos de sistemas conectados/adyacentes.
  • Apoyar el trabajo conceptual en autorizaciones SAP (principios de roles, conciencia SoD, expectativas de auditoría).

Coordinación de la Entrega de Servicios

  • Actuar como contraparte operativa del MSP para temas relacionados con SAP Basis.
  • Supervisar la coordinación técnica de las tareas gestionadas por el MSP y garantizar una correcta transferencia desde los equipos internos.
  • Coordinar expectativas con los stakeholders internos cuando se requiera la participación de SAP Basis.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua del servicio y a la integración de nuevas tecnologías SAP (por ejemplo, SAP BTP, Cloud ALM).
