Si tienes una sólida experiencia en ciberseguridad y te apasiona la protección de datos y sistemas, esta es tu oportunidad para liderar un equipo dinámico y enfrentar los desafíos de la seguridad informática en un entorno empresarial global

Responsabilidades:

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de ciberseguridad de la empresa, garantizando la protección de la información confidencial y la mitigación de riesgos.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en la implementación de medidas de seguridad, gestionando incidentes, evaluando riesgos y aplicando políticas de seguridad.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de tecnología y negocio para asegurar la alineación de la estrategia de ciberseguridad con los objetivos corporativos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas amenazas y tendencias en ciberseguridad, asegurando que la empresa esté preparada para afrontar cualquier desafío.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia sólida en ciberseguridad, con al menos 5 años en roles de liderazgo.
  • Conocimiento profundo de estándares y regulaciones de ciberseguridad, como GDPR, ISO 27001, y NIST, entre otros.
  • Habilidades demostradas en gestión de equipos y proyectos, con capacidad para inspirar, motivar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes equipos y niveles jerárquicos.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para adaptarse a entornos empresariales cambiantes y desafiantes.
