What You´ll Do:In this exciting, fast-paced role, you will become the face and voice of leading tech products:
- Host live video product demonstrations that educate, engage, and inspire
- Drive sales growth through meaningful product conversations
- Deliver exceptional customer serviceanswer questions with confidence and clarity
- Become a true product expert and stay up to date on new features
- Support merchandising activities, inventory checks, and reporting
- Create scripts, training content, and handle light translation tasks
- Collaborate on video production projects (occasionally outside standard hours)
You´re a people person with a passion for tech and an enthusiasm that shines through the screen. To thrive here, youll need:
- Proficient/Bilingual Dutch + advanced English
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- A genuine passion for technology and innovation
- A friendly, energetic, and engaging personality
- Confidence presenting in a training or sales setting
- Comfort being on camera and communicating clearly
- A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
