About the role

Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.

We're looking for a motivated Finance Services Manager to oversee liquidity, build dashboards, and analyse data to ensure that funds flow is optimised. You'll work closely with our Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Market Making, and Technology teams to deliver wow on all things payments.

What you'll be doing

• Building new liquidity management tools and flows around middle office/trade support processes
• Monitoring trade life cycle, working with external parties across multiple product types to ensure portfolios are well-managed
• Investigating and resolving failed and unmatched transactions
• Building funding models for new product launches
• Managing liquidity across accounts to meet funding requirements for client activity (including crypto)
• Ensuring all trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly by our Settlements team
• Onboarding new brokers into Revolut settlements for particular products
• Maintaining relationships with counterparties to ensure smooth settlement
• Implementing new tools and processes to improve overall team performance
• Enhancing controls and documentation of current trading and funding processes

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a middle office analyst, trade support analyst, treasury analyst, or similar role
• Knowledge of various financial instruments
• Technological curiosity and a willingness to learn SQL
• An understanding of the full trade lifecycle, from a trader making a booking to how to resolve a cash break

Nice to have

• Knowledge of retail banking operational processes
• Familiarity with margin management
• Experience automating or designing a new process as part of your current or existing role
• Impressive data analysis skills
