, we are looking for a
Data Analyst
to join the team of
Agilent Technologies
, a leading company in the scientific technology sector. If you have previous experience in data analysis, project management, and fluent English, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Spotfire dashboards for Salesforce.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to define and update business and functional solutions.
  • Analyze and evaluate business problems, providing recommendations to optimize systems and processes.
  • Lead project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Propose schedule adjustments, resource additions, or scope changes as necessary.
  • Ensure effective communication between teams and keep management informed of progress and key issues.
  • Ensure goals are met and coordinate internal and external resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in project management and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Spotfire and Salesforce.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (essential for communication with global teams).
  • Ability to interpret requirements and manage projects from start to delivery.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ideally, experience in resource management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications related to project management or data analysis.
  • Previous experience in similar roles within international organizations.
  • Postgraduate studies.
