Ventura TRAVEL was founded to empower intrapreneurs to build up leading niche travel brands, focused on authentic and responsible travel experiences. We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who will ensure success in SEO for the different brands. The Marketing Team of Ventura TRAVEL has the challenge to grow established brands in the travel industry (such Group Travel brands like Viventura and Platform Brands as Galapatours ) , for at least three markets (DACH, France and US/UK) and successfully accompany new Ventura brands to quickly build up a brand and acquire traffic.

On a daily basis, you will
  • Develop & execute successful SEO concepts for our niche brands
  • Coordinate your SEO work with the responsible for other channels like content, partnerships, SEA
  • Be up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO an in AI powered search
  • Together with our Product Owner, coordinate IT work
  • Together with our Ventura Intrapreneurs plan market potentials (plan traffic and conversions for each Ventura brand)
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for organic traffic growth, focusing on travel-related terms and destination-specific queries
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, tour descriptions, and blog posts, to improve search engine rankings and user experience for potential travelers
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, tracking key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to continuously refine and improve SEO strategies
The basics you bring along
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO
  • you keep up to date with the latest techniques to succeed in SEO
  • you keep up to date with the latest AI Tools for SEO and the future of AI powered Search
  • proven track record of past successful SEO projects
  • great analytical skills
  • a Fair & Sustainable approach
  • very strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • you use AI tools not just for output, but to rethink how work gets done.
You can impress us even more with
  • Passion for and previous experience in the travel industry.
  • German or French Language knowledge
