As part of this team, you'll help us get Prima out there and engage our audience, using bold ideas and precise data. From launching successful campaigns to optimising performance, you'll shape our brand in one of the world's most competitive markets.

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop long-term content strategies, including comprehensive content briefs to guide copywriters.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues within the CMS and recommend improvements such as internal linking optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share SEO guidelines, best practices, and strategies to be implemented across global projects.
- Analyze Prima's organic website traffic and review content to define actionable insights that drive growth in traffic, conversion rates, and revenue from the organic channel.
- Conduct backlink analysis and work closely with the PR department to design and implement a strategic backlink acquisition plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment with project and organizational objectives.
- Monitor and enhance brand reputation through continuous SEO improvements and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level Spanish speaker with fluent English, both written and spoken.
- 4+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
- Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA) and key Google ranking factors and algorithms.
- Up-to-date with SEO trends, with a proactive, curious mindset and willingness to experiment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and confidence in using data tools (e.g., Google Looker).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, able to collaborate effectively across Tech, Copywriting, and other teams.
