We are an R&D company and textile supplier of innovative knit fabrics. We aim to replace synthetic fabrics with natural ones which are better for our bodies, and for the planet. Our materials are produced locally in Europe and Mexico for the American market and made from either new natural, recycled or biobased fibers. We supply our high-quality PYRATEX fabrics to fashion brands.

Role Description

As a P
roduct & R+D Administrative Assistant (Internship)
, you will support the Product team in day-to-day administrative operations and gain hands-on experience in project management, while contributing to product development and R&D projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers on product request and shipments.
  • Tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time.
  • Assist on the Purchase Order (PO) management - Process prototypes and yarn orders.
  • Support in managing Product Development calendar.
  • Support with ERP data entry as required.
  • Support
    with reports.
  • Support with ad hoc activities.

Personal profile:

  • Industry knowledge of the high-end fashion market, including jerseywear, sportswear, prêt-à-porter, and homewear.
  • Interest and understanding of textiles, fashion, wellbeing and health, and the fashion sustainability movement
  • Knowledge of knitwear is an advantage, but not essential
  • Understanding of supplier relationship management
  • Highly organised and motivated, with a strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
  • Strong multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools (Word, Excel, Canva, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and supporting growth
  • High level of English required; the entire hiring process will be conducted in English

Note: The role is a 6 months internship that requires a contract through the university or college ( convenio de prácticas). With availability to start immediately.
