In our Viladecavalls office, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). Your mission will be to help safeguard the organization's information assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen our security culture across the company.

Main functions

• Contributing to the definition and execution of the Information Systems strategic plan, aligned with FICOSA's business objectives.
• Assisting in the development, documentation, and evolution of the Information Security Management Framework (ISMS, Security Master Plan, policies, and procedures).
• Supervising and monitoring the implementation of security policies and practices across all FICOSA group entities.
• Preparing and reporting Information Security metrics and KPIs, and collaborating with process owners on action plans.
• Participating in the identification of security risks and recommending treatment options to the relevant risk owners.
• Supporting training and awareness initiatives related to Information Security.
• Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Information Security by both internal IT teams and external providers.
• Developing strategies to manage information security incidents and supporting related investigations.
• Assisting in internal and external information security audits.
• Contributing to the IT Systems Continuity Management Program and monitoring its implementation.
• Staying informed of regulatory and industry changes impacting Information Security requirements.
• Overseeing the execution of security assessments by IT vendors.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar
• 3 or 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Security Certifications are strong plus.
• Hands-on expertise in managing security incidents, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Fluent English (spoken & written).
