Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar e implementar agentes de IA adaptados a distintas fases del SDLC (diseño, desarrollo, testing y despliegue).
  • Configurar y administrar servidores MCP y su integración con entornos de desarrollo (IDEs, herramientas CI/CD y aplicaciones).
  • Optimizar estrategias de prompt engineering y orquestación para mejorar el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de los agentes.
  • Garantizar la interoperabilidad y escalabilidad de los componentes de IA dentro del ecosistema tecnológico.
  • Mejorar continuamente las configuraciones de agentes y MCP basándose en métricas de rendimiento y feedback de usuarios.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería de software, DevOps o sistemas relacionados con IA.
  • Sólidos conocimientos del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC) y herramientas de integración (IDEs, CI/CD).
  • Experiencia en prompt engineering o diseño de IA conversacional (muy valorable).
  • Capacidad para gestionar configuraciones complejas y asegurar la interoperabilidad de sistemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y comunicación.
