RESPONSIBILITIES Answer calls, provide remote assistance, and respond to electronic requests. Understand and apply best practices to provide first-level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner. Perform remote clean-ups as instructed. Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, using knowledge gained during training and consulting available documentation. Record problems in the database. Demonstrate the ability to understand and retain dynamically changing information related to the support department and organization. Maintain a positive attitude and behavior.
