What will your role be about?

As a TA Trading Advisor, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the Trading department. You'll work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, hold briefing sessions to align on selection criteria, and ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience from sourcing to offer.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Draft and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms, including employment websites.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates to present the best profiles to the business. Prepare candidate reports (salary expectations, motivations, experiences summaries) and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Maintain ongoing coordination with the business throughout the selection process (scheduling interviews, gathering feedback).
  • Communicate with candidates regarding the progress and outcome of the selection process.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process (e.g., diverse panels, disability inclusion, KPIs).
  • Maintain a Trading Network and foster good long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or similar.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles.
  • Strong network within the Trading sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
