Tu misión

Como
Account Manager
, serás responsable de
gestionar y hacer crecer la cartera de clientes
, asegurando una excelente experiencia, maximizando la retención y detectando oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling. Trabajarás de forma muy cercana con los equipos de
ventas, operaciones y producto
, convirtiéndote en el punto de referencia de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar una cartera de clientes B2B y ser su principal punto de contacto.
  • Asegurar una correcta implementación y adopción de la plataforma Okify.
  • Entender las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones que aporten valor.
  • Detectar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la cartera asignada (upselling y cross-selling).
  • Hacer seguimiento de KPIs clave: satisfacción, retención, churn, ingresos recurrentes.
  • Coordinar internamente con los equipos de operaciones y soporte para resolver incidencias.
  • Recoger feedback del cliente y trasladarlo al equipo de producto.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa como Account Manager, Customer Success o rol similar (B2B).
  • Alta orientación al cliente y a resultados.
  • Capacidad analítica y de organización.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.
  • Valorable experiencia en sectores como energía, SaaS, real estate o utilities
