We're Hiring: Head of Operations

We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Operations to lead and scale our operational functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our organization runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.

Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes and workflows.

Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve alignment and execution.

Establish and monitor operational KPIs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
