HR Generalist Trainee,
con ganas de aprender, crecer y participar activamente en los procesos del área de RR.HH.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Como
HR Generalist Trainee
, participarás y darás soporte en diferentes proyectos y procesos, entre ellos:


Recruiting & Talent

  • Participación en el manejo end-to-end de procesos de selección, especialmente de talento joven para distintas líneas de negocio del banco
  • Publicación de ofertas, screening de CVs, entrevistas y coordinación con managers


Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Apoyo en la coordinación de incorporaciones y salidas, asegurando que cada proceso se realice en tiempo y forma
  • Colaboración en la mejora de la experiencia de empleado en sus primeras semanas


Employee Support

  • Soporte en la resolución de consultas de empleados relacionadas con la operativa diaria de RRHH
  • Participación en el mantenimiento de la calidad del dato en las bases de datos y sistemas internos


Reporting & Administration

  • Colaboración con otras áreas para preparar y reportar información a nivel interno
  • Apoyo en labores administrativas y analíticas del departamento


Training & Development

  • Participación en el registro, seguimiento y control de formaciones regulatorias y de desarrollo de competencias
  • Contacto con empleados y managers para asegurar el cumplimiento formativo


Culture & Internal Communication

  • Soporte en la coordinación de eventos internos orientados a empleados
  • Participación en la redacción y envío de comunicaciones internas relacionadas con RRHH, cultura y proyectos corporativos

Requisitos

  • Cursando último año de grado o máster
    en
    ADE, Derecho, Psicología u otras titulaciones afines
  • Posibilidad de poder firmar convenio de prácticas con un centro de estudios por un periodo mínimo de seis meses
  • Nivel mínimo de inglés B2+/C1
  • Disponibilidad a jornada completa de 9:00 a 18:00 de lunes a viernes
