Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, event planners, designers, and third-party vendors to ensure all event needs are met.
- Apply for required event licenses and permits through Spanish authorities, adhering to local event regulations.
- Oversee on-site setup and event production to ensure flawless execution.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Handle a wide range of events from intimate corporate gatherings to large-scale festivals or conferences.
- Manage logistics and maintain accurate inventory control for all event-related assets.
- Well-connected with Spanish suppliers, contractors, and venue partners.
- Strong practical knowledge of AV equipment and event technology.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to make well-informed decisions independently.
- Crisis management experience in fast-paced event settings.
- Efficient with time and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for event operations and execution.
- Works calmly and efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
