Tasks

  • Manage all Marketing and Communications activities for BELECTRIC on the Spanish market, in close alignment with the German headquarters
  • Act as the main point of contact for all country-specific Marketing activities initiated by the German marketing team
  • Manage and grow media relationships in Spain, act as the main point of contact for Spanish media enquiries, and create and distribute country-specific press releases
  • Support the organisation and delivery of internal and external events in Spain, primarily trade fair appearances
  • Suggest, develop, and adapt internal and external communications topics (e.g., for intranet, website, social media) relevant to the Spanish market, in collaboration with the German Communications team
  • Translate and adapt communication materials produced by the German team into Spanish to ensure clarity, tone, and cultural relevance
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Spain, promoting the company as an attractive place to work
  • Ensure brand consistency across all Spanish Communications and Marketing activities
  • Track and report on media coverage, event success, and other key communications KPIs in Spain

Profile

  • Degree in Communications / Journalism / Marketing or comparable completed training
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Marketing, Communications or PR
  • Well-established network of media contacts in local and national press, with a track record of securing high-quality coverage
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering events such as trade fair appearances
  • Good knowlege of CMS systems and the Adobe Creative Cloud programmes InDesign and Photoshop
  • Fluent Spanish and English are essential; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the energy / renewable energy industry desirable
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
