El rol

Buscamos un/a
Marketing & Communications Manager

estratégico, creativo y con visión 360, capaz de liderar el plan de marketing anual, amplificar la narrativa de marca y ejecutar campañas que generen crecimiento real en la comunidad y en el negocio.

Será la persona responsable de coordinar toda la comunicación externa de ROWSE, alineada con nuestro universo estético y con los valores de belleza, autenticidad y longevidad.

Responsabilidades

Estrategia y planificación

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de marketing anual con objetivos claros de crecimiento, notoriedad de marca y conversión.
  • Definir la estrategia de comunicación en todos los canales: social media, PR, newsletters, web, activaciones, colaboraciones y lanzamientos.
  • Asegurar la consistencia del posicionamiento de ROWSE en todos los touchpoints.
  • Analizar el mercado, tendencias y competencia para identificar oportunidades estratégicas.

Brand & Communications

  • Supervisar y crear contenido de marca con un enfoque estético, editorial y aspiracional.
  • Gestionar la comunicación con prensa, influencers y KOCs, así como coordinar campañas externas.
  • Redactar y aprobar copies clave: newsletters, campañas, storytelling de producto, notas de prensa y textos de web.
  • Gestionar el canal e-commerce como un canal más de marketing.
  • Traducir la filosofía de la marca en campañas potentes y narrativas coherentes.

Lanzamientos de producto

  • Construir los planes de lanzamiento 360: narrativa, comunicación, social media, web, eventos, PR y estrategia de conversión.
  • Coordinar marketing calendar y materiales necesarios.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo creativo y el de producto.

Gestión de redes sociales y comunidad

  • Desarrollar una estrategia orgánica de Instagram y TikTok alineada con los objetivos de marca.
  • Supervisar la creación de contenido, el planning semanal y las colaboraciones.
  • Estrechar la relación con la comunidad, embajadores y líderes de opinión.

Eventos y activaciones

  • Organizar pop-ups, presentaciones, desayunos con prensa, encuentros con comunidad y activaciones de marca.
  • Gestionar proveedores, presupuestos y calendarios.

Análisis y reporting

  • Medir resultados de campañas y comunicaciones.
  • Elaborar reportes mensuales y proponer optimizaciones.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles de marketing o comunicación dentro del sector belleza, lifestyle o moda.
  • Fuerte sensibilidad estética y afinidad con el universo de ROWSE.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita.
  • Experiencia probada creando planes de marketing 360 y gestionando lanzamientos.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y trabajo transversal.
  • Nivel alto de inglés y español. El francés es un plus.
  • Espíritu emprendedor, versátil y ágil, capaz de pasar de la estrategia a la ejecución.
