Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un/a R&D Project Engineer para incorporarse a nuestras oficinas de Terrassa, dentro del departamento de I+D (R&D). La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar los proyectos que le sean asignados, asegurando su correcta ejecución desde el punto de vista técnico, de planificación y de control presupuestario.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentra garantizar que los proyectos de R&D y Process Engineering (PE) asignados cumplan con las especificaciones mecánicas, de control, de proceso y/o de digitalización, participando activamente en todas las fases del proyecto. Esto incluye tanto las etapas de diseño como las de montaje, prototipaje y pruebas, colaborando estrechamente con el resto del equipo de proyecto.

Asimismo, liderará el equipo de proyecto desde una perspectiva técnica, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y objetivos definidos, y velando en todo momento por la alineación con las directrices y estándares del grupo Syntegon Telstar a la hora de proponer e implementar soluciones técnicas.

Funciones principales:

  • Participar en el desarrollo técnico de los proyectos asignados.
  • Conocer el estado del arte en la tecnología de trabajo.
  • Comunicar las posibles desviaciones en cuanto a planning o coste de las soluciones aportadas.
  • Coordinar la implementación de cada solución con los demás departamentos afectados.
  • Coordinar los montajes de prototipos.
  • Asegurar la creación de los test protocols necesarios para una correcta validación de la solución.
  • Analizar los riesgos de cada solución.
  • Documentar el progreso del proyecto mediante hojas de cálculo, guías de diseño, guías de montaje.
  • Mejora Continua: Fomentar el respeto hacia el Medioambiente promoviendo las acciones definidas por la compañía y proponiendo nuevas acciones que afecten directamente a su área.

Requisitos

Formación:

Grado en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Termo-energética, Electrónica, Eléctrica, Química, y/o Tecnologías Industriales).

Nice to have: Máster en Ingeniería Industrial y/o experiencia consolidada en diseño de maquinaria y/o formación adquirida en el desarrollo de su profesión habitual.

Experiencia:

Se requieren de 3-5 años al menos gestionando proyectos de ingeniería de maquinaria especial, preferiblemente del sector farmacéutico.

Disponibilidad para viajar (~10- 30%).
