Sr. Business Planner

If you are passionate about luxury and distribution, this represents a great opportunity to join Loewe Supply Chain team in our Madrid offices to oversee and guide key strategic planning and analysis activities at HQ level, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the Open-to-Buy and Best Estimate processes, and monitore their implementation across all regions.

Your role will be:

• Best Estimate: supervising and supporting HQ & Regional team in the preparation, validation, and continuous improvement
• Open To Buy: overseeing the construction of robust sales estimations for OTB calculations, and monitoring buy vs. OTB, ensuring visibility and explanation of deviations
• Guiding the analysis of market data, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to support strategic planning
• Overseeing the preparation of financial analyses, including forecasts, budgets, and scenario simulations
• Fostering close collaboration with Merchandising, Regional and HQ Sales Planning teams, and Finance to ensure effective information flow and alignment

What is important for the role:

• 8–10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the Supply Chain or Finance and fashion industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Proactive, solid interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English. Spanish and French would be a plus
• Proficiency in Anaplan and Power BI
