Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Senior Developer who specializes in solution design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and design, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient solutions for projects. This role requires an individual who can assist with solution design, implement operational initiatives, and develop both minor projects and larger enhancements.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across the platform, including custom applications. Ensure that designs align with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
  • Configure, customize, and script ServiceNow applications based on client needs.
  • Customizing workflows, forms, and business rules
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution
  • Ensuring platform best practices, performance, and maintainability
  • Implementing Operational Initiatives: Execute operational initiatives to enhance the functionality and performance of the ServiceNow platform..
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user stories, and test cases.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development and solution design.

Experience

  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Server-Side and Client-Side logic, HTML/CSS, UI Pages, AngularJS, JSON/XML, SCSS/SASS, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Developer
  • ServiceNow Technical Consultant
  • ServiceNow Application Developer

Preferred

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, BCM, IRM, CMDB, and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified Application Developer
  • +5 year creating solutions in ServiceNow and having fun

Other Requirements

  • Working place: Madrid. Flexible working, max. 2 days of home office.
  • Travelling availability (~10%)
