What You'll Do:- Moderate content (including text, images, and videos) in French, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and platform policies.

- Ensure quick, consistent, and fair moderation decisions to protect users and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the global team to tackle complex moderation challenges and improve moderation processes.
- Stay updated on new trends, emerging threats, and best practices in content moderation and online safety.
- Meet performance goals while ensuring high standards of content quality and accuracy.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
