Product Designer

Job Description
You will join our Product & Design team, working closely with cross-functional squads to drive product discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping scalable and user-centric solutions, fostering collaboration, and supporting go-to-market strategies.

Your LittleBig responsibilities

• Apply design thinking methodologies to product discovery, delivery, and internal ways of working
• Work within a product trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, Tech Lead) at squad level to drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery
• Design and deliver prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Contribute to solution definition and support the product team in defining development strategies
• Ensure design solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned with product vision
• Facilitate workshops with internal teams and external users
• Lead design thinking sessions, ideation workshops, and alignment rituals
• Synthesize insights and translate workshop outputs into actionable design solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing (interviews, tests, feedback analysis) to inform design decisions and validate solutions throughout the product lifecycle
• Organize and lead design reviews and design critiques to ensure quality, consistency, and shared understanding
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers (PMM), engineers, and business stakeholders
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams (specifically the Design System team) to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation
• Participate in the design, specification, and evolution of new Design System components, in collaboration with design and engineering teams
• Produce and maintain product and design documentation (design rationales, flows, specifications, guidelines) to ensure alignment, traceability, and long-term scalability
• Contribute to shared knowledge, standards, and best practices within the Product & Design organization
• Design product communication assets, including release guides, walkthroughs, in-product notifications, and emails
• Collaborate with PMM on product messaging, positioning, and user education
• Support go-to-market initiatives by aligning product design with launch strategies and adoption goals

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI
• Strong ability to quickly understand business operations across various departments
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and summarization skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• English and French fluent
• Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity
