Flowable is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate and evolve our visual identity across all touchpoints. As the brand guardian, you will transform complex ideas around orchestration, automation, and enterprise technology into clear, engaging, and visually distinctive assets.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, combines creativity with strong execution, and brings consistency and excellence to everything they create. You'll work closely with the marketing team, sales, and leadership to ensure Flowable stands out - visually and conceptually - in a competitive global market.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and evolve Flowable's visual identity, ensuring consistency and distinction across all brand and marketing assets.
• Design high-impact materials for campaigns, content (ebooks, whitepapers), presentations, web, social, and events.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, and corporate storytelling from ideation to final delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and web teams to create visuals, illustrations, and UX-aligned design elements that support go-to-market efforts.
• Build scalable visual systems, templates, and refined brand guidelines to elevate design quality across the organization.
• Support video production through storyboards, visual treatments, and motion design direction.
• Manage and brief external designers and agencies to ensure cohesive, high-quality output.
• Stay current on design and digital trends to keep the brand modern and competitive.
• Work efficiently across multiple projects, balancing creative exploration with timely execution.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 6+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, layout, and conceptual creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma and motion design (After Effects or similar) are strong pluses.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clean, intuitive, visually engaging graphics.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, commitment to brand consistency, and ability to independently lead visual direction.
• Fluent English is required
