¿A quién buscamos...?

¿Te apasiona la hospitalidad y tienes ganas de aprender en un entorno de clase mundial? Como practicante universitario, obtendrás experiencia práctica en el área que elijas—ya sea operativa o administrativa—formando parte de un equipo que marca el estándar del servicio de lujo en todo el mundo. Si eres curioso/a, motivado/a y estás listo/a para crecer, esta es tu oportunidad

Tus responsabilidades pueden incluir…

  • Apoyar las operaciones diarias en el departamento asignado (Recepción, Alimentos y Bebidas, Cocina o Administración).
  • Asistir en la atención al huésped y garantizar la excelencia en el servicio.
  • Aprender y aplicar los estándares de The Ritz-Carlton en cada tarea.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para ofrecer experiencias fluidas a los huéspedes.
  • Participar en proyectos e iniciativas que mejoren las operaciones y la satisfacción del huésped.

Lo que queremos de ti…

  • Estar actualmente matriculado/a en un programa universitario relacionado con hostelería, turismo o negocios.
  • Actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.
  • Habilidades de comunicación en inglés (español u otros idiomas son un plus).
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno dinámico y de lujo.

Beneficios – Te ofrecemos dos opciones:

  • Opción A: Alojamiento incluido + 300 € brutos mensuales.
  • Opción B: Sin alojamiento + 500 € brutos mensuales.

Detalles adicionales:

  • Comidas incluidas en el comedor de empleados durante el horario laboral.
  • Para practicantes operativos: uniforme proporcionado; traer zapatos negros cómodos.
  • Para practicantes de cocina: uniforme proporcionado; traer zapatos de cocina y tu propio juego de cuchillos.
  • Para practicantes administrativos: no se proporciona uniforme; vestir atuendo de negocios que cumpla con los estándares de imagen (guía adjunta).
  • Servicio de lavandería para uniformes disponible en el hotel tanto para áreas operativas como administrativas.
