This is a unique opportunity to take a zero-to-one initiative, turn a clear product direction into reality, and shape how millions of people engage with wellness.In this role, you'll drive the product strategy and execution end-to-end, moving fast with lean iterations, learning quickly, and pivoting decisively. You'll bring clarity in uncertainty, uncover deep user insights, and rally teams around bold product bets that can scale globally. Success will come from strong execution, sharp product judgment, and the ability to move lean and fast while learning quickly.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & RoadmapDrive zero-to-one execution: design and deliver MVPs, validate hypotheses quickly, and scale what worksTranslate the defined product vision into a clear and actionable experimentation and delivery roadmapBuild mechanisms that maximise user retention and consistencyExperimentation & IterationDesign and run rapid experiments to test behavioural, community, and product mechanicsLearn fast: pivot, double down, or kill initiatives based on clear signalsMaintain a lean approach, avoiding over-engineering and focusing on speed to learningUser Insight & DataDevelop deep empathy for users who struggle with consistency and motivationCombine quantitative data (funnels, retention curves, cohort analysis) with qualitative insights (user interviews, behavioural psychology)Turn insights into simple, sticky product mechanics that drive daily engagement and long-term habit formationCross-Functional LeadershipPartner with design, engineering, content, growth, and data to deliver end-to-end solutionsMobilise less-traditional partners (behavioral design, methodology, health, fitness and wellness experts) to bring the product vision to lifeInspire the team with clarity, conviction, and context in an uncertain environmentRetention & Growth ImpactObsess over retention: ensure that every product decision drives long-term consistencyDesign loops, programs, and accountability systems that help users stickTie product bets directly to measurable business impact (engagement, retention, revenue)Skills & Mindset:Builder: Proven zero-to-one experience; thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environmentsPragmatic & Lean: Moves fast, runs small experiments, learns quickly, and pivots decisivelyProduct Sense: Sharp judgment; knows what will resonate, stick, and scale.
