Your tasks will include

Collection and Viewing Supervising and managing on-site pick-up and viewing days to ensure smooth operations.Organizing external service providers, such as those handling pick-ups, cleaning, and scrapping.Handling on-site difficulties and resolving escalations as they arise to ensure efficient workflows.Delivering lots to buyers and creating a positive customer journey.Ensuring on-site safety by supervising protocols and adherence to regulations.Organizing pre- and post-sales processes, including the handling of credits. Preparation and Cataloging of ContentCreate and organize the content of lots, prioritizing which items come first and how to group them effectively.Enhancing auctions by adding relevant details, such as engaging titles and specific descriptions like forklift availability.Time spent on activities will be assessed and optimized, with your input shaping marketing and sales strategies.Monitoring the photographing and description of lots will ensure accuracy and establish effective auction dynamics, including estimated values.

That's what we are expecting of you

Previous work experience as a Sales Technician or Project Manager in industry or a related field is a plus, but not a must have. If you have completed a relevant degree, you are a suitable candidate for this position.In addition to native Spanish, work proficiency in spoken and written English is required, while proficiency in an additional European language is considered a plus.A solid understanding of machines and manufacturing industry.An affinity for IT systems and technology is essential to adapt to the role's technical demands.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
